A good 3-D cookie is designed so that it views well from all angles. But 360-degree viewability is one of the bigger challenges of 3-D cookie decorating. Before applying any cookie details, Julia often spends hours mocking up designs to make sure cookie fit and balance are achieved from every vantage point. Note how well this box’s top and bottom line up?! Well, that’s the result of Julia having mocked up its design, first on paper and then in actual cookies at least twice.
