It looks like a leprechaun has gone missing in Julia’s pot-o-gold cookie, or that he’s off chasing a rainbow and left his hat behind! Either way, don’t you just love how the details of this project spark the imagination? As for those details: The hat is modeled fondant; the leprechaun’s pipe is a royal icing transfer; the message plaque is a stamped and gilded cookie; and the pot base is a four-leaf clover cookie.
