But that doesn’t mean you need to treat them with kid gloves once you’re done making them. That’s right – though they are designed to be admired, they are also to be eaten! The royal icing details can easily be plucked off the cookies and munched on like candy. Just remember to generously flavor the icing for maximum tastiness.
