Comprised entirely of contoured cookies covered with fondant (or modeling chocolate) and festooned with royal icing flowers and leaves, this 12-cookie project is a stunner that’s sure to impress. The other plus: it’s a lot easier to make than it looks! Though Julia’s four-tier version embraces her more-is-more mentality, the project can easily be scaled down by making fewer tiers. And, as usual, Julia’s video instruction details every single step so that even beginners can follow along.
