Julia offers one-on-one live video mentoring sessions on the Superpeer platform, where you can get your most pressing issues addressed by one of the world’s most influential and respected sugar artists. Julia offers both 30- and 60-minute consultations, and here’s where you can book the longer of the two options (“IN-DEPTH SESSION”). Once there, you can choose your desired session length, schedule a convenient time, and specify exactly what you’d like to talk to Julia about. Remember: She has 25 years-plus experience in the food industry. Over that time, she’s done everything from publish cookbooks to run a brick-and-mortar bakery to co-develop a Food Network documentary. She’s also created a large and successful online following, developed two culinary product lines, and traveled the globe teaching cookie decorating. All that to say: she can probably guide you in more ways than one toward your baking and decorating dreams!

Important Considerations When Scheduling: (1) Mini hands-on decorating sessions can be scheduled, but, if you want to go that route, it’s best to choose a 60-minute (“IN-DEPTH”) session and focus on one or two techniques. (2) So that Julia is sure to bring her A-game to your session (and has time to prep, if needed), please be as specific as possible when describing the topic or technique you want her to address. Again, focusing on one or two specific questions or techniques is best, especially for 30-minute (“SHORT CONSULT”) sessions. Open-ended calls with multiple objectives are generally going to be less productive given the relatively short nature of these consultations.
