This pink spin on Julia’s New Year’s Eve ball drop cookie is so pleasing – to say the very least. It delights not only because of its mesmerizing patterns, but also because it doubles as party décor! For her party to ring in 2018, Julia filled the domes with candy and confetti and then threaded them on ribbon. Once dry, the spheres were hung from light fixtures where their silver dragées cast a festive sparkle. Then, at the stroke of midnight, guests celebrated by smashing the domes open piñata-style and snatching up their contents. To learn how to make this cookie, check out Julia’s instructional video.
