With these two simple tools, you can make striking mum cookies to array alongside a heart box (they are too big to fit inside) or a single mum cookie or fondant appliqué to place boldly across a box lid. Of course, these flower cookies can also be a cheery addition to just about any set, be it for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, a special birthday, or even a wedding.

About the cutter:

• Inside cutter dimensions: 4 1/8″ W x 3 7/8″ T (approximately 1/8″ larger than the matching mum stencil to allow for proper fit, provided the cookie is iced all the way to the edge)
• Precise cutting edge to assure clean cuts into cookie dough, fondant, and gumpaste
• Rigid, reinforced sidewall construction that provides extreme durability
• Hand-washable only, as excessive heat can damage the plastic
• All cutters on Julia’s site are manufactured by her stencil partner Confection Couture Stencils using the same state-of-the-art 3-D printing technology used in their DuraCut line

This bundle contains a single stencil sheet with a graphic of the following approximate size:

• Large mum –  4″ W x 3 3/4″ T (fits within the above matching cutter, about 1/8″ from the cookie edge)

Stencil Sheet: 5 1/2″ W x 5 7/8″ T

General Stencil Features:

• 10 mil food-grade Mylar
• Greater durability than standard acetate
• Works well with both royal icing and airbrush colorings
• Can be used on cutters of other shapes and sizes
