Here’s a side view of Julia’s double-decker heart cookie made for her 2022 appearance at the International Cake Show Australia (ICSA). Notice the delicacy of her piped royal icing roses?! It’s achieved by using a very thick icing and a petal tip that’s extra pinched at its narrow end. As for the rest of the cookie, it’s pretty too, thanks to the use of two of Julia’s stencils (her quatrefoil stencil and the frame from her In Bloom set).
