As always, Julia likes to make multiple variations of the same project, mostly to test herself, but also to demonstrate the versatility of her tutorials. For this dome-lidded variation of her filigree boxes, Julia iced the sides with royal icing before applying SugarVeil lace. In other variations in this gallery, she left the underlying cookies bare except for spritzing them with pearl luster spray.
