Wondering how Julia made the very organic edge on this cookie? She deckled it, meaning she tore the cookie dough using a ruler as a guide. This technique is so easy and marries so well with floral and other nature-themed cookies, as you can see. For this particular cookie design, Julia used her Vintage Bulbs Dynamic Duos™ stencil sets for the background design, the dimensional message and crocus fondant appliqués, and the mini bulb royal icing transfers – basically everything on it except the cornsilk!
