These chocolate lace cups are a great project to tackle prior to attempting Julia’s chocolate cake wraps. They’re much smaller (obviously) and wrapped around a parchment paper-lined cylinder, so there’s little risk of the chocolate setting prior to wrapping, and no cake to be sacrificed if the wrapping should go awry! Julia filled these cups with some rice pudding and berries, but mousse, mini cupcakes, or any relatively solid sweet (that won’t seep out the bottom of this bottomless cup) is possible. For all of the project details, check out Julia’s YouTube video.
