It’s holiday cookie swap time! After you’ve spent all that time making your favorite cookies, you can’t just toss them on a plate without any fanfare. No, no – even a great cookie needs a little dressing up for Christmas company!
In this inedible crafting project (yes, I like to do other things than bake, from time to time!), I show how to make quick and easy name tags to identify your Christmas cookies, using little more than clear ornaments, nonpareils, and greenery. They also make festive place cards!
You can find complete written instructions for this project in my book Cookie Swap (2009) or in the special Hallmark holiday gift-giving edition of it that was just released in November! The Hallmark edition is available in Hallmark stores throughout the US and Canada. To locate the Hallmark store nearest you, click here.
