A revealing piece about savory uses for rhubarb entitled Rhubarb’s Tang Boils Down to an Ideal Sauce for Savory Foods, this article was one of Julia’s many contributions to her monthly Prep School column in Sauce  – a body of work that earned her the coveted title of James Beard Food Media Award Finalist in 2008! For this column, Julia did all of the recipe development and testing, writing, and food styling.

After nearly six months in development, my new Kitchen Club Collection has arrived! Here’s an overview of some of the cookies you can make with my first kit in the collection, which released just in time for Halloween. Complete with stencils, cutters, and even an instructional video, each kit will provide all you need to make wonderfully rich and layered 2-D, and often 3-D, stenciled cookie designs.
