In addition to being awarded Artist of the Year USA in 2016, Julia received the year’s topmost honor from the Edible Artists Global Academy Association (EAGAA): International Artist of the Year. Julia competed against many of the world’s best cake, cookie, and floral artists, and was voted the best of them all! To this day, Julia considers this award one of her most prized because the field of entrants encompassed sugar artists of every type from all corners of the globe.
