Julia was once again selected to be part of the illustrious judging panel for the Cake Masters Magazine Awards, known as the “Cake Oscars” in the sugar arts community. One of only eight judges worldwide, Julia is tremendously honored by this appointment. Though it’s a tough job to select winners from among the best of the best, Julia always approaches this task with great pleasure.
