Julia loves to dabble in cast sugar art (like her panorama eggs elsewhere in this gallery). But she often ends up with lots of leftover sugar mixture after those projects, and she hates to just toss it. So what does she do? She cleverly packs it into tiny molds, usually used for fondant. Or she spreads it into a thick but uniform layer and then cuts out various small shapes. Once the sugar mixture dries, she’s got loads of gorgeous sugar cubes to use at her next tea or coffee gathering with friends! For the detailed how-to, see her YouTube tutorial.
