Yes, that’s exactly how Julia prefers her Christmas decorations! Setting a centerpiece afresh every holiday season (versus pulling it out of a box) might be more time-consuming, but it sends an important signal to guests about how special they are. For this Christmas 2023 tablescape, Julia leaned heavily on hothouse poinsettias. By varying their colors and sizes and arranging them in a hodgepodge of antique containers, she created layer-upon-layer of interest despite her dominantly floral theme.
