Overview: Julia is incredibly honored to be one two cookie artists in all of North America selected to judge at the National Pastry Conference in 2026. In its second year, this event promises to “bring together all things pastry to help revitalize, ignite, and inspire the industry” and includes four fun facets: demos, a pastry show chock full of vendors, live stage events with leading talent in the industry, and competitions in everything from cookies and cakes to chocolate and ice cream! Whether you’re a professional pastry chef or a hobbyist, this show is sure to bring you new insights and learning to hone your skills.
