The culmination of a rigorous online competition, these awards recognize North American talent in the sugar arts across a spectrum of categories and geographies encompassing the USA, Canada, Mexico, and the Islands. Judged back in 2020 by a star-studded panel including Julia herself, the awards are actually being conferred two years later due to COVID-related delays. Nevertheless, this black-tie event promises to be spectacular, as it is powered by the same people behind the fabulous and highly regarded Cake Masters Magazine Awards, also judged by Julia.
