Overview: Dodge the winter doldrums with Julia in this colorful pattern-filled cookie decorating class conducted on Zoom! Over one seven-hour day (eight hours for VIPs), you’ll get an A-to-Z intensive look at what it takes to create picture-perfect multicolor stencil designs like those for which Julia is world-known. Using two of her most popular springtime Dynamic Duos™ stencil sets (From Paris with Love and Hopping into Spring), you’ll make six or more airbrushed/stenciled cookies, starting first with simple single-layer, two-color designs and then advancing to designs involving multiple stencil layers and six or more colors. Along the way, Julia will share all of her secrets for ensuring speckle-free results and avoiding the dreaded underspray and overspray. And if you’ve ever struggled with excess or errant coloring, she’s got you covered with her tried-and-true triggering, masking, and stencil-weighting tricks!

But that’s not all. Julia will also show you ways to add dimension to your stenciled cookies with royal icing transfers, piped royal icing roses, fondant appliqués, and modeling chocolate ribbons and bows. Prerequisites: Some experience with airbrushing and stenciling is recommended, though not necessary.
