What a tremendous honor (and responsibility) for Julia to be selected to judge the largest and most respected cake and cookie competition in all of Australasia. Hosted by the Australian Cake Decorators Association (ACADA), this awards program is dubbed the “Cake Oscars” – and for good reason. Each year, it celebrates the achievements of the very best of the best cake and cookie artists, haute couture wedding cake designers, pastry chefs, chocolate artisans, and businesses within the industry. Julia was additionally honored to be the only American on the judging panel and to have been selected to announce the cookie award winners at the ceremony in April 2024.
